Where was Melika?

Hello my fellow creative paper crafting friends! I apologize for the absence of new posts and May workshop. I was on a journey with my husband and his family in the Phillippines, Hong Kong & Macau, China. I had a blast exploring the two new countries for the very first time. My passport is no longer a virgin with two pages filled! Although, I only visited two countries, I had to go through immigration at least 6 times! I even had trouble when exiting Hong Kong because I am a U.S. Citizen the airline wanted an affidavit of my birth certificate bc I was going back to P.I. verses going back to the U.S. Luckily, the airline had back up procedures, which was verifying my flight/ticket back home. My heart sure did drop to the ground bc I sure did not want to stay a day in HK by myself (although, technically I could had called my friend who came from Mainland China to visit me in HK to the rescue). In any case, I do plan to be back up and creating by next week! I did not think I would suffer from jet lag, but I sure AM! But, I am just about recovered. Thank you all again for the support and patience! Happy Scrappin'!

P.S. This is Macau, China. Ruins of St. Paul's Church. It looks clear now, but about 20 minutes later is was raining! Had a great time in Macau. I got to visit the biggest casino in the world (Venitian-yes a replica of LV), and eat egg tarts! If you ever visit Macau, make sure to visit any Koi Kei Bakery and have their fresh Egg Tart!!! So ono!!! Delicious!!! I could do a whole entire post of Macau and my entire journey, but I don't want to bore you so I'll only give you a little of the many highlights.
